John Windler

President, co-founder

John Windler is co-founder of Partners For Paraguay. He is a veteran cross-cultural missionary serving in Paraguay from 1992 to the present. John is married to Barbara and father of four children. John and Barbara were also involved in church planting among the Angaite tribe while working with New Tribes Mission Paraguay and later with ALTECO assisted in leadership development in the Pai Tavytera church.

Mike Goddard

Vice-President, co-founder

Mike Goddard is co-founder of Partners For Paraguay in the USA and Organización Ñandutí in Paraguay. Mike is a veteran missionary serving in Paraguay since 2004 to the present. He is married to Trisha and father of three children. He has served as a missions mobilizer with New Tribes Mission Paraguay and developed networks through ALTECO.

Dean Goddard

Dean Goddard is a veteran cross-cultural missionary. He is second-generation missionary and served in Paraguay from 1966-2009. He is in active retirement. He is married to Nellie and father of three children, all of whom are serving in cross-cultural ministry. Dean and Nellie did church planting among the Angaite, Ache, and Pai Tavytera during their missionary career with New Tribes Mission (now Ethnos 360).

John Vann

John Vann is a business management consultant at The Summit Companies, consultant for non-profits, serves frequently with Wycliffe Associates’ MAST program, and has traveled extensively overseas. He is married to Karen.

Mitch Webb

Board of Directors since 2016

Mitch Webb is a Pastor/Elder in his church in southern Ohio, serves as Director of the Huntington City Mission, and frequently serves overseas through short-term missions trips to South America and Asia. He is married to Bonita.

Brad Hilton

Brad Hilton is a veteran cross-cultural missionary, and served in Paraguay from 1990-1999. He is the owner and CEO of K&B Environmental Services that specializes in detecting and repairing leaks in the oil and gas industry. He is married to Leslie and father to three children.

Keith Wiebe

Board of Directors since 2017

Dr. Keith Wiebe served as the pastor of Grace Gospel Church in Huntington, West Virginia for many years. He is a graduate of Bob Jones University and holds B.A., M.A, and D.D degrees from that institution.
